TQA Mid-Pressure Compact Clamp for Space-Saving Fixture Design

The TQA Series has been expanded with two additional model sizes: TQA0300 and TQA0450. With this model extension, KOSMEK’s compact mid-pressure link clamp now offers a wider clamping force range for fixture designs where installation space, fixture weight and process reliability are critical.

Originally introduced with the compact TQA0160 model, the TQA Series is designed for hydraulic double-acting operation in the medium-pressure range from 2 to 21 MPa. The updated lineup now covers body sizes from ⌀20 mm to ⌀29 mm and clamping forces up to 4.2 kN with standard lever, giving fixture designers more flexibility when higher clamping force is required in compact layouts.
