Wireless Pressure Switch for Hydraulic Pressure Detection

KOSMEK has introduced the new Wireless Pressure Switch Model J□Y as part of its Wireless Sensing Technology lineup. The product detects hydraulic pressure increase via wireless communication and does not require power supply to the pressure switch itself.

With its battery-free wireless design, the Wireless Pressure Switch helps reduce wiring around hydraulic fixtures and supports cleaner machine layouts. The sensing unit offers waterproof performance equivalent to IPX7, making it suitable for demanding manufacturing environments.

Together with the YWA receiver and YWB repeater, the Wireless Pressure Switch provides an additional option for monitoring hydraulic fixture conditions in automated machining applications. Typical applications include clamp confirmation via hydraulic pressure increase detection and pressure drop confirmation in non-leak circuits.
