TNE Model for Mid- and High-Pressure Work Support

The TNE Series is the next evolution of KOSMEK’s proven work support technology. Building on the trusted TNC design, TNE offers greater rigidity and significantly higher support force for demanding machining environments.

With the latest catalog update, the TNE lineup has now been expanded with new model variations, including Spring Advance models, Long Stroke models and Air Sensing options. This gives fixture designers greater flexibility when selecting the right work support configuration for compact, high precision and high pressure applications.

For the Air Sensing Option, plunger action can be checked by connecting an air sensor to the air port and detecting differential pressure. This supports reliable confirmation of work support operation in automated machining and fixture applications.
