New BLV/BMV Vertical Mounting Valves for Compact Hydraulic Fixtures

KOSMEK introduces two vertical mounting valves for hydraulic fixtures: the BLV sequence valve and BMV non-leak reducing valve. By using available height, both models reduce the mounting area needed compared with conventional horizontally installed valves.

The BLV controls sequential actuator movements, enabling defined positioning and clamping steps. The BMV lowers pressure in a selected part of the circuit without requiring a separate drain port.

Both models combine a 35 mm square body with bottom-gasket mounting and a two-bolt flange. Built-in filters at each port support durability, while operating pressure reaches up to 35 MPa. The valves can be positioned close together on a manifold, as shown in the new brochure’s BLV/BMV fixture example.
